Students will learn to approximate the solutions of trigonometric equations by graphing in Desmos. They'll be asked to give your answers to some number of decimal places. There are two methods for approximating the solutions. The first is to graph each equation separately, then recording the points at which the two graphs intersect. The second is to subtract one side of the equation from the other, so that one side becomes zero. Then you graph the nonzero side and record the points where the graph intersects the \(x\)-axis.
